Meet Nikki Halbur

Nikki Halbur is a successful entrepreneur specializing in building both for-profit and nonprofit organizations from the ground up. Following her 20-year career in logistics and supply chain management in the Fortune 100, Nikki co-founded an alcoholic beverage brand and brought her products to market on a national scale. She later launched a plant-based functional nutrition brand providing healthy products with clean and transparent labels to the natural food space.

Capitalizing on her entrepreneurial mindset and passion for helping others, Nikki created a non-profit that financially assisted cancer patients undergoing treatment, enabling them to pay their household bills. She currently helps nonprofits by coaching and mentoring their executive teams through the Executive Coaches of Orange County (EC of OC).

Nikki also coaches graduate students at the University of Southern California Price School of Public Policy and leads a team of six cohort coaches dedicated to student success in the Master of Public Administration Online Program.

Nikki earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University, her Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Southern California, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University. She is passionate about coaching and is currently writing her dissertation on Career Development Coaching while also becoming accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
